Winstock Country Music Festival Fan Code of Conduct
The Winstock Country Music Festival Committee seeks to foster a safe, respectful, and enjoyable entertainment experience in which:
– Artists and fans respect and appreciate each other.
– Fans will be treated in a professional and courteous manner by all Winstock volunteers, security personnel, and fellow event attendees.
– Fans will enjoy the concert experience, as well as the campgrounds and Winstock buses, free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language, obscene gestures, and aggressive conduct/unruly actions.
– Fans may not interfere with the event and/or performers in any manner. Any fan caught throwing anything at a performer or at the stage may be ejected from the festival with no refund.
– Fighting or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests may result in ejection from the festival with no refund.
– Fans will respect all Winstock property and the property of its neighbors.
– Fans will comply with requests from event staff/emergency personnel regarding festival operations and emergency response procedures.
– Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity, including solicitation, vending, and promotional distribution, while on festival property.
– Fans must comply with Minnesota state laws and local ordinances regarding alcohol/substance use, security, and public safety.
– Fans will comply with all additional event policies found on Page 6 of this program.
– The Winstock Country Music Festival Committee encourages fans to report inappropriate or unsafe behavior to festival workers/security personnel. If you see something, say something.
Violation of the Winstock Country Music Festival Fan Code of Conduct may result in ejection from the venue without a ticket refund. Incidents may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution and may result in forfeiture of rights to attend subsequent Winstock activities/events.
