POSTPONEMENT FAQ

Below are a few of the questions we have been receiving regarding the postponement of the Winstock Country Music Festival. This page will be updated as additional details become available.

UPDATE May 19
REFUND TIMELINE: If you have requested a refund of your ticket/camping order, please allow our volunteers 4-6 weeks to process and mail checks. Thank you for your continued patience and support.

PROMO/RADIO TICKETS: Unfortunately we will not be able to honor physical radio/promo tickets for the 2021 dates. Feel free to reach out to the radio station direct and they may be able to take care of you down the road, but we certainly can’t promise that. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you’ll still be able to join us in 2021.

TICKETS BOUGHT AT RETAIL OUTLETS IN WINSTED***: Tickets purchased at our local retail outlets may be sent in via mail for a refund to PO Box 348, Winsted, MN 55395. Please DO NOT return them to the point of purchase for a refund. Please also include complete purchaser information and contact information (return mailing address, phone number)
*** UPDATE: Beginning May 8, as an alternate option to sending tickets through the mail, tickets purchased at local retail outlets may also be dropped off locally at Holy Trinity High School office (enter on First Street North) on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Unfortunately refunds are not able to be issued immediately, but it is the hope this alleviates some concerns about mailing tickets to Winstock. 

WHY ARE YOU SWITCHING WEEKENDS: That wasn’t an easy call for us, but we felt it would be the best to move it to try to keep the lineup as in tact as possible due to the large event in Nashville also changing its dates. We hope you can still join us.

MINI BIFF RENTAL: No charges for Mini Biff rentals have been processed yet, so you will just need to send in a new form for 2021 to reserve one again.

DATES: Winstock Country Music Festival will take place Friday-Saturday, June 18-19, 2021.
