GENERAL POLICIES


In order for all of us to have a safe and enjoyable weekend, everyone must abide by the following rules:

• In consideration for others, no umbrellas, lounge chairs, golf carts, or ATVs.
• No guns are permitted anywhere on the Winstock grounds.
• Winstock is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, personal injury or loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Please be aware of your surroundings, as Winstock assumes no liability if you become injured.
• Winstock has the right to inspect persons or parcels.
• All campfires must be in self-contained units, subject to Fire Marshal approval, when conditions are approved by the Fire Marshal.
• Food or beverages may not be brought into the music area.
• All chairs must be removed from the music area after the last performance. Please have your name on your chair.
• No chairs allowed in designated Standing Room Only areas. No standing in front of guests with chairs. Be respectful of all fellow concert goers. 
• Must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages in any Winstock area. Violators will be ejected.
• No keg beer or large amounts of alcohol in any Winstock area.
• Must be 18 or older to purchase a camping permit.
• People in the campgrounds must wear a concert wristband at all times. No one is permitted on Winstock grounds without a valid wristband.
• No audio or video taping of any kind is permitted. No professional cameras (lens longer than 3 inches) or cameras with detachable lenses are allowed into the music area. 
• Quiet time in the campgrounds will be enforced from 1 am – 7 am. This also includes electrical generators.
• No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome, must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, and must be registered. If you plan to bring a service animal to Winstock, please e-mail  winstock@winstockfestival.com or call (320) 485-4287 in advance to register. 
• Persons violating policies will be ejected and may be subject to prosecution.
• No refunds to anyone ejected for rule violations.
• By attending Winstock, you acknowledge and agree that your photo may be used in future promotional materials.
• Please carry a picture ID with you at all times.
• No couches or furniture allowed in camping areas.
• No tailgating in Winstock parking areas.
• No riding in backs of pickups.
• No drones allowed over the Winstock grounds.
• Beacon usage is prohibited on all Winstock grounds.
• Due to safety and insurance concerns, no outside food or beverage will be allowed into the concert area during the Thursday night beer tent party.
• Camping/parking pass must be displayed on all vehicles at all times.
• No live music stage shows or any activity in the campgrounds that promotes large gatherings, selling or distributing alcoholic beverages, and any other soliciting.

VEHICLE RULES
All vehicles must fit in your campsite and have appropriate vehicle permit. Only one sleeping unit and vehicle per site. 

BAG POLICY 
In an effort to enhance security measures at Winstock Country Music Festival, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the concert area, Winstock organizers have adopted the following bag policy.

ALLOWED IN CONCERT AREA
• Up to one bag per person not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12” and one small clutch bag or purse (with or without a handle or strap) no larger than 4.5” x 6.5.”
• Diaper bag, provided it is accompanied with a proper-aged child, and properly inspected at the gates.
• Medical-necessary equipment bags after proper inspection at the gates. The only items allowed in such bags are medical-necessary items.

PLEASE NOTE: all bags are subject to inspection at the gates before being allowed into concert area. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: backpacks, lawn chair bags, coolers, large purses (purses larger than a clutch), luggage of any kind, computer or camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Bags found to be in violation of this policy will not be allowed into the concert area and must be returned to campsites, vehicles, or otherwise disposed of. Winstock and its security team will not accept responsibility or liability for any bags or prohibited items not allowed in the concert area.
